We needed to reach Ajuda's target audience exactly where they were in their lives, which required a deep understanding of who those people actually are. We started by developing a strong social media marketing strategy. We did our homework and researched the market opportunities to find the best way to reach new customers across South Africa.

To make the brand feel accessible and honest, we made a strategic decision to film with mobile devices. This approach kept costs down for the client, but more importantly, it created a "real" and authentic feeling that highly produced video often lacks.
