Project Overview

Reset Collective approached us with a vision that extended far beyond typical fitness content. Gabs and Mel had built something special with their local wellness community, but they recognised that their impact could reach so much further. They were fostering genuine human connections through wellness experiences, and they needed a digital platform that could honour this philosophy whilst scaling their reach.

Their challenge wasn't simply about building a website or creating more content. Reset needed a complete digital transformation that would translate their authentic, community-focused approach into an online experience that felt just as personal and supportive as their in-person sessions. They understood that true wellness comes from community support, not just individual workouts, and we needed to build a platform that reflected this belief.

Our Solution

Brand Identity Redesign

We began by completely reimagining Reset's visual identity, moving beyond their outdated branding to create something that truly captured their playful, energetic personality. This was a refresh where every design decision supported their core mission of building authentic connections.

The new brand identity needed to work seamlessly across multiple platforms and mediums. We developed a fresh colour palette, modern typeface, and dynamic logo that could adapt whether members were browsing workout classes on their subscription platform, engaging in community conversations, or sharing their progress on social media. These elements were designed to be scalable and consistent, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforced Reset's professional yet approachable brand personality.

We also created comprehensive brand guidelines and digital assets that Reset could implement across all their video content, social media channels, and marketing materials. This cohesive approach meant that customers would experience Reset as a unified brand with a clear, recognisable voice, regardless of where they encountered the content.

E-commerce Website and Subscription Platform

The technical foundation required a robust system that could handle the complexities of subscription-based content delivery whilst maintaining an intuitive user experience. We partnered with Shopify to build a comprehensive e-commerce solution that manages monthly recurring payments seamlessly, giving Reset predictable revenue whilst providing members with instant access to their growing content library.

The subscription model was designed with growth in mind. New members receive immediate access to Reset's complete archive of workout classes, yoga flows, meditations, and wellness content, with fresh material added weekly. The platform handles all the technical complexities—payment processing, content access controls, and user management—so Reset can focus on what they do best: creating exceptional wellness experiences.

We built the system with member experience as the priority. The portal is intuitive and responsive, working perfectly whether members are accessing content on their phones during lunch breaks or following along with yoga flows on their tablets at home. Every aspect of the user journey was optimised to reduce friction and encourage consistent engagement.

Community Building and Digital Strategy

Understanding that Reset's strength lay in building connections, we developed a chat platform that became the heart of the member experience. This feature allows community members to connect, share their wellness journeys, and support each other beyond the structured workout sessions.
